"Good food and cold drinks, just a little pricey"
I’ll be honest, the food was better than I expected. The snacks tasted fresh and the drinks were nice and cold. I did feel a little pressured to order more than I planned, but overall it was still a good experience. It’s a bit pricey, but that seems normal for places like this. I’d give it 4 stars
"Clean spot, but a little upkeep wouldn’t hurt"
Overall, I had a good visit. The aquarium was clean, and most of the exhibits looked like they were being taken care of. The bathrooms were decent too, which makes a difference anywhere you go. A few areas did look a bit worn and could use some basic upkeep, but nothing that would ruin the experience. Common sense says places like this get a lot of foot traffic, so a little wear is expected. Still a solid visit for me, 4 stars.

I took my kids to one of the seasonal events, and overall we had a good time. The decorations were cute, the little activities were fun for them, and getting tickets online was simple.
That said, it was crowded and I felt a bit rushed trying to figure out where to go next. A couple of the event times weren’t very clear on the website, so while the staff was friendly, I really wish the schedule had more details before we got there

I don’t know, my gut feeling was that the place just didn’t have a lot to offer. The exhibits felt limited, and I left feeling like I’d seen everything way too quickly

The staff really knew what they were talking about. They weren’t not helpful at all, they answered all my questions and made the whole thing easy.

"Clean bathrooms right when we needed them"
We stopped in sometime last month, or maybe it was late the month before, and the restrooms were easy to find and actually clean. Definitely appreciated that when we needed a quick stop.

"Pretty easy to figure out"
I found what I was looking for quickly, which was nice. The site was easy to use overall, nothing felt too confusing, and the ticket info was laid out clearly. I was checking it on my phone too and it worked fine there. Also liked that the visit details were easy to spot. No real complaints from me.

"Easy booking, with one tiny nervous moment"
I was planning a quick aquarium day and ended up booking our tickets through flaquarium.org. it was straightforward from the start. I picked the date and time without having to hunt around the site, and the checkout part was quick enough that I thought, “Okay, that was easier than expected.”
The only little hiccup came right at the payment step. The page took a bit longer to load, so I sat there for a minute wondering if my order actually went through or if I was about to accidentally buy tickets twice. Luckily, the confirmation email showed up a few minutes later, and everything was fine. Overall, a smooth experience with just one small moment of suspense...

"I went in expecting it to be just..."
I went in expecting it to be just another quick stop, and at first I was kind of over it. But then the staff was so friendly and helpful that my whole mood changed fast. Really nice people working there.

"Shockingly Smooth Visit with a Wheelchair"
We had such a great day here, way easier than I expected. My mom uses a wheelchair, and I was bracing myself for the usual accessibility chaos, but it was nothing like that. Ramps and elevators were easy to find, the staff jumped in to help whenever we asked, and the bathrooms were actually accessible too. It felt almost miraculous to have such a stress-free outing for once.

"Check-in was really quick"
We got in a lot faster than I thought we would. The entry line kept moving, and the staff checked our tickets without any hassle, which was a nice surprise. The only small thing is that the area could maybe be a bit clearer for first-timers, but it was still a really smooth start to the visit, especially with kids who were ready to run around.

I’ve noticed support teams can be hit or miss, but in this case the pattern was clear: I submitted my ticket, they followed up, and the issue got sorted out fast. No back-and-forth mess, just a smooth fix

"Cute little gift shop"
I stopped in and thought it was a nice little gift shop with a good selection. The prices seemed okay to me, not exactly super cheap, but not outrageous either. I’d be curious if other people found some better deals there, because it seemed like the kind of place where you might spot something fun if you look around.

"Parking was easy, even though I still hate paying for it"
Parking was way easier than I expected. The lot looked kind of busy at first, so I thought it was going to be a hassle, but we found a spot quickly. I never love paying for parking, but the price wasn’t ridiculous, so I can’t really complain. Getting in was quick too, which helped a lot since we had the kids with us. Somehow it felt both a little annoying and totally stress-free at the same time.

I was just trying to quickly check ticket info and plan a visit, and the site made it painless. The menu was easy to follow, nothing felt cluttered, and I found the map and hours without having to dig through a bunch of random pages. We took the family to flaquarium.org and had a great time. The kids stayed excited the whole way through and didn’t get bored once, which is rare for us lol.
It was easy to get around with the kids, and there was plenty of room for our stroller too. The staff were friendly and helped us out when we had a question.
My youngest was obsessed with the fish and kept pointing at everything. It’s a nice family spot, and we’d definitely go again

"Really appreciate their focus on animal care"
I actually enjoyed reading about the work they’re doing for animal welfare and conservation. It really comes across like they care about the animals, not just putting them on display, which would be ridiculous. The rescue and education efforts stood out to me the most. The site is simple too, so it was easy to find what I was looking for. I’d feel good supporting them...

"Not much going on, honestly"
I was disappointed with the visit. Most of the animals were either hiding or just sitting completely still, and a few areas felt like there wasn’t much there at all. For the price, I expected more to actually watch and enjoy. Also, dealing with the automated ticket/check-in stuff didn’t help my mood, I really miss when you could just talk to a person and get things sorted without tapping through a bunch of screens.

"Good length, but I felt a bit ignored"
I spent a few hours there and the pace was actually just right, so I never felt rushed. That said, I did feel kind of ignored at times, like no one really checked in or noticed me much.
